Mural Fest Approaches!

Color swatches {final design is a bit differet}

June 22nd is the official second ever Mural Fest in Elmira! Lots of activities take place between 2nd Ave. + Water St. on the Promenade (the white pillar area near the library to the Clemens Center + beyond) AND throughout the city. Connect with Community Arts of Elmira for more info. There will be free activities, music, vendors, etc. It’s a lot of fun!

My mural site is on Pennsylvania Ave. near Clemens Center Pkwy. It’s a B I G wall this year! Send me good vibes and come for a visit! Other murals will be actively painted throughout the city as well.

Fashion Fun!

Yesterday was the runway show I’ve been chatting about that raised money for a local historical society. The show was called Past Meets Present where designers were tasked to create looks that contained elements from garments dating from the late 1700s to the mid 1800s.

It.Was.AWESOME!

I am honored to have been asked to end the show with my collection, and am SO proud of the models I cast. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

Busy Fun Weekend!

This weekend is Pride in my home town. I had the honor of designing this year’s logo, flyer, AND banner. I love how they all came out and have had lovely a response from the community. In addition I’ll be leading a hula hooping session AND working on a community paint along. Here’s hoping for great weather and fun visitors : )

On Sunday I am doing my final fitting with my models for the upcoming runway show. I CAN’T WAIT to see everyone in their looks!
